If you like what you hear, the next step on the customer journey is for you to meet us – what we call a ‘site visit’. We will visit you at your home so we can better understand the whole move process and how we can help, and you can get to know us. For this to work, it is essential that you like us and that you trust us. This visit is at our cost and there’s absolutely no obligation on your part.

This home visit helps us to evaluate your move and to tailor a move plan and quotation just for you. Then it’s up to you, if you would like to engage our services, we would be delighted, but there’s absolutely no obligation.

 

At all times, you, the client, remain in control. We take your instructions, and we make sure you are always fully aware of the progress of each stage of your move. You can reach out to us at any time, we will be there for you throughout the entire process.
